What’s the Mini Blueprint?
The Mini Blueprint is a shorter, one-page version of Jennie Nash’s Blueprint for a Book method for unpacking your book’s big idea. It has you ask yourself a few fundamental questions about your book’s purpose, your audience, and your intention, without the time commitment of completing the entire Blueprint for a Book workbook.
How do I know if this is for me?
This is the project for you if you’ve written a few chapters of your book and you just don’t know if it’s something a commercial audience would read. If you’re in the process of writing and wondering “is this something worth finishing?” If you’ve been sending your writing to friends or plugging it into AI and just getting the pats on the back that don’t actually tell you what you need to hear, this is for you.
What will you get?
For $299, you’ll get a Strategy Session with me including:
- A simplified one-page review of the first 3,000 words of your manuscript.
- In-line written feedback of your Mini Blueprint questionnaire.
- A 50-minute coaching call with me so you can get clarity on what’s working and what’s not and understand what to do next.
Why should you work with me?
As an Author Accelerator-certified book coach, I am uniquely qualified to review manuscripts for larger, developmental issues and commercial viability. I am trained in coaching the Blueprint for a Book method and how to simplify your next action steps.
Who should work with me?
I work with new and experienced memoir writers, specializing in those who are neurodivergent and/or writing to make a statement about mental health. Writers working with me are typically interested in traditional “Big Five” publishing but I work with self-published writers as well. If you’re unsure if you fit into any of these categories, just reach out and ask!
Who should NOT work with me?
I do not work with fiction writers or Christianity-focused writers. I also do not work with writers who use AI to write their manuscript for them.
How much will it cost?
$299. As this is a collaboration through Author Accelerator and this is considered a low price point, I am not able to offer payment plans at this time.
What happens after our Strategy Session?
I offer a variety of coaching services based on the individual writer’s needs. I will recommend the best next steps for the writer based on our session, but there is absolutely no obligation.
